Take dictation and transcribe it accurately and quickly using shorthand or stenotype equipment (for stenographers).
Type documents, reports, letters, and other materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and proper formatting.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Proofread and edit typed documents for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.
Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and electronic.
Assist with administrative duties as needed.
Meet deadlines and manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks.
