Shorthand & Transcription:
Take accurate dictations in shorthand from senior officials or during meetings.
Transcribe dictated materials into error-free and grammatically correct text.
Maintain speed and accuracy under pressure or during urgent tasks.
Typing & Documentation:
Type letters, circulars, office memos, and other documents with speed and accuracy.
Format and edit documents as per organizational requirements.
Ensure timely completion of typing work and maintain soft and hard copies.
Office Support:
Maintain records, files, and registers in an organized manner.
Prepare agendas and take minutes of meetings as required.
Coordinate with internal departments and assist in smooth communication.
Confidentiality & Discretion:
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Safeguard all documents and reports as per organizational protocol.
Technical & Communication Skills:
Use MS Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook effectively.
Communicate clearly in English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
Manage correspondence including letters, emails, and reports.
Administrative Duties:
Assist in daily office operations, clerical duties, and filing systems.
Provide stenographic and typing support for projects and reports.
