Job Description

Who can apply:

- College students (any year) who can work evenings and weekends; morning hours + weekends if you attend evening college

- Strong in any one: Teaching school students OR Robotics OR Coding

- Backgrounds welcome: CS/IT, ECE/EEE, Mechatronics, Physics--or prior teaching/training experience

- Enthusiastic learner, responsible, and takes ownership; good communication (English and/or Tamil)

Responsibilities:

- Teach Robotics or Coding to school students (Grades 3-10) either:

- In-person at our centers in and around Tambaram, South Chennai, or

- Online via live classes

- Commit 8-12 hours per week; be punctual and consistent

- Follow our curriculum; prepare engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities

- Manage class setup, attendance, basic troubleshooting of kits/software

- Conduct short assessments; track progress and share brief updates/reports

- Mentor students on mini-projects and basic competition prep

- Join a weekly 60-minute team check-in/training and complete internal upskilling modules

Schedule & Location:

- Evenings and weekends (or mornings + weekends for evening-college students)

- Centers in and around Tambaram, South Chennai; online classes as scheduled

Remuneration:

- Rs. 5,000-8,000 per month (part-time), based on skills, hours handled, and performance

- Monthly payouts; scope to increase with consistent performance and responsibility
