Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced STEM Lab Trainer to facilitate hands-on STEM education in our lab environment. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Science or Engineering and possess at least 2 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for conducting workshops, guiding students, and fostering an environment of innovation and learning through practical STEM activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging STEM-related training sessions and workshops for students. Design and implement lab activities that promote critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving. Monitor and maintain lab equipment, ensuring a safe and organized environment. Guide students in hands-on projects related to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Collaborate with other educators and trainers to develop innovative learning materials and curricula. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience. Stay updated on new trends and developments in STEM education. Participate in school/community outreach programs to promote STEM education.

Qualifications:

Education

: Bachelor's Degree in Science (BTech, BSc in Science, or related fields).

Experience

: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in STEM education or a related field. Strong knowledge in areas like Physics, Chemistry, Robotics, or Engineering. Experience with lab work and familiarity with lab safety procedures. Ability to simplify complex concepts for students from varied educational backgrounds. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with 3D printing, robotics kits, or coding platforms. Familiarity with STEM-related software and tools. Ability to manage a classroom and ensure active student participation. Creative mindset to design and execute STEM experiments and projects.
