Technical Skills Required

? Strong knowledge of school-level STEM curriculum (Grades 1-10).

? Hands-on experience with robotics, coding platforms (Scratch, Arduino, Tinkercad), experiments, andlab equipment.

? Ability to conduct practical, real-life STEM activities for students.

? Knowledge of lab management, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance.

? Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital tools for reporting and documentation.

Soft Skills Required

? Excellent verbal and written communication with students, teachers, and community.

? Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

? Creativity and problem-solving to make STEM engaging.

? Ability to adapt to different school environments and student abilities.

? Collaboration with teachers, school staff, and community stakeholders.

? Ownership and initiative in lab setup, class delivery, and program execution.

Eligibility

? Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.

? Prior experience in teaching, lab management, or STEAM facilitation is highly desirable.

? Familiarity with STEM kits, coding platforms, robotics, and hands-on experiments.

? Passion for working with children and teachers to enhance STEM education.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?540,000.00 per year
