Job Summary

We are hiring a

STEM Trainer

to conduct training sessions on Robotics, Coding, Electronics, and basic Science & Technology concepts. The trainer will teach students through hands-on activities, experiments, and project-based learning.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions on

STEM, Robotics, Coding, and Electronics

for school/college students. Deliver interactive classes using STEM kits, tools, and digital learning content. Guide students in

projects, experiments, competitions, and science fairs

. Prepare lesson plans, activity sheets, and project modules. Ensure proper handling of STEM kits, tools, and classroom equipment. Maintain student records, training reports, and classroom discipline. Coordinate with school management/academic team for scheduling and session planning. Stay updated with new STEM concepts and technologies.

Required Skills

Good communication and presentation skills. Basic knowledge of

Robotics, Sensors, Arduino, Coding (Scratch/Python)

, or Electronics (training can be provided). Strong interest in teaching and student interaction. Problem-solving skills and creativity. Ability to manage group activities and classroom interaction.

Qualification

B.Tech / BE in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, IT, or related fields. Freshers with strong STEM interest are also encouraged to apply.
