Job Title: Science Educator

Location: Two State Government Schools, Sanga Reddy District

Grades: 7, 8 and 9

Engagement Duration: 3 Months

Role Overview

The Science Educator will facilitate curriculum-aligned experiential science activity sessions for students in Grades 7 to 9 at two government schools in Sanga Reddy District. The role requires delivering structured sessions that encourage curiosity, conceptual understanding, and active participation among students.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct experiential science sessions aligned with the school curriculum.

Prepare, set up, and demonstrate hands-on science activities effectively.

Engage students through inquiry-based and participatory teaching methods.

Maintain records of session plans, student engagement, and learning outcomes.

Coordinate with school staff and ThinkTac's academic team for smooth implementation.

Manage materials and ensure care of all activity kits provided.

Requirements

Graduate / Post-Graduate in Science / STEM courses.

Passion for engaging with school students.

Strong communication skills.

Having a two-wheeler will be an advantage.

Compensation

Fixed pay for the engagement period.

Travel allowance will be provided for school visits.
