Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Facilitate the program and deliver weekly sessions to students \xe2\x97\x8f Train K-12 students on curated on emerging technology programs in Robotics, 3D Printing, Drones, IoT using STEM kits and relevant media in classroom and online mode \xe2\x97\x8f Provide Experiential Learning to students to help them develop technical skills through engineering, design-thinking, coding, and hardware/ software tools, simulations and various other tools using our unique pedagogy \xe2\x97\x8f Conduct real-life projects (hardware and software) with engineering enthusiasts and students from various age groups \xe2\x97\x8f Accelerate student growth by providing guidance, feedback and mentorship on projects and personal development aligned with curriculum \xe2\x97\x8f Learn about different emerging technologies through our curriculum/ own research and facilitate discussions on the future impact, including ethical, philosophical and economic implications. \xe2\x97\x8f Manage logistics around unique opportunities for students (e.g., tech events, hackathons, conferences, guest speakers, company tours, and lab tours/ opportunities). \xe2\x97\x8f Assess students and communicate with parents about their progress \xe2\x97\x8f Develop assessments for students on real-life applications and oversee hands-on learning \xe2\x97\x8f Assist in developing and improving curriculum and course content Requirements: \xe2\x97\x8f Willing to work in Pune (NIBM/ Salunke Vihar area) \xe2\x97\x8f Experienced in conducting hands-on experiments and teaching in a practical, fun, and playful manner \xe2\x97\x8f Hands-on experience in Robotics, Electronics, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and related toolsets \xe2\x97\x8f Experience of interdisciplinary study of engineering branches \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of AI/ML, Drones, Programming/ Coding in Python, Open-Source ecosystem will be a plus \xe2\x97\x8f Computer proficiency and tech-savvy, ability to use digital boards \xe2\x97\x8f Good storyteller, soft spoken with ability for voice modulation \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent presentation skills and ability to adapt to startup environment \xe2\x97\x8f Willing to work in the ed tech sector startup, learn fast, deliver on commitments \xe2\x97\x8f Take responsibility, plan daily tasks and work collaboratively with others \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent interpersonal skills - should be able to establish a good rapport with youngsters and parents \xe2\x97\x8f Good command of English (writing and speaking) and Hindi Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9350,000.00 - 9500,000.00 per year Benefits:
