Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled

STEM Trainer

to deliver hands-on training in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics to students. The trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive STEM sessions, robotics lessons, coding workshops, and project-based learning activities while fostering creativity, problem-solving, and innovation among students.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Facilitation

Conduct engaging STEM classes, workshops, and practical sessions for students across different age groups. Teach concepts related to science experiments, robotics, coding, electronics, AI basics, and design thinking. Guide students in hands-on activities, models, and project building.

Curriculum Implementation

Deliver STEM curriculum as per company standards and academic guidelines. Assist in planning lesson modules, activity schedules, and lab demonstrations. Update and customize teaching materials based on student progress.

Student Engagement

Encourage critical thinking, innovation, and problem-solving. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Maintain a positive, interactive classroom environment.

Lab & Equipment Management

Set up and maintain STEM labs, robotics kits, electronic components, and safety tools. Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of training equipment.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain progress reports, attendance, and training feedback. Coordinate with academic coordinators, school management, and internal team members. Support STEM exhibitions, competitions, and events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ECE/EEE/Mechanical/CS), Science, or related STEM fields. Experience teaching STEM, robotics, coding, or science-based activities (preferred). Strong understanding of basic electronics, programming (Scratch/Python), robotics kits, and STEM tools. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and hands-on learning.

Additional Preferred Skills:

Experience with LEGO kits, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, AI tools, or 3D printing. Creative thinking and innovative teaching methods. Ability to manage student groups and deliver high-energy sessions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
