Job description: The role would be that of Associate product Specialist (STEAM Trainer). Job locations: PAN India. We offer a series of courses on different aspects of emerging technologies such as 3D printing, Internet of Things, Design Thinking, Digital Electronics, Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, STEM, Robotics, Life Skills, Automobile etc. by setting up innovation labs in schools which will help the children understand these technologies better. : 1) Enable implementation of Innovation Labs- Hands-On Learning Programs in Schools by: Conduct Demonstrations and Training workshops as Lead Trainer to School teachers/students on innovative Hands-On Learning Projects & best pedagogy practices: >Grades: 2nd to 12th (Independently handle the Teacher/ Student Training as the Lead Trainer) >Subjects: Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics (STEAM) 2) Coordinating with schools for: >Getting teacher\xe2\x80\x99s feedback on the activities & the program >Conducting assessment tests in Schools >Assist in analysis and creation of reports 3) Conduct demonstrations in events (e.g. parent teacher meetings, etc.) to present & explain concepts using hands on learning projects / working models 4) Conceptualize Educational Research based studies to assess impact of learning aids on the understanding levels of students. 5) Develop & update content for teacher manuals, student workbooks 6) Trainer Responsibilities in School: \xef\x82\xb7 Support in setting up the innovation lab. \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate and collaborate with the school teachers to develop and create a plan/time table for engaging students and integrating innovation lab in everyday school routine. \xef\x82\xb7 Steer students towards becoming technology creators and solving local community problems. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain databases, document activities, generate reports, create events etc. \xef\x82\xb7 Bring any serious concerns/issues to the attention of the school Head. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure the safety of students and security of the lab. \xef\x82\xb7 Make innovation lab a conducive place for tinkering, creative thinking and endless innovation Skill set required: \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication skills (verbal & non-verbal) \xef\x82\xb7 Should be presentable \xef\x82\xb7 Ready to travel/relocate \xef\x82\xb7 Should be a Quick learner & with strong Hands-on skills \xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools Desired Qualifications: \xef\x82\xb7 Prior experience of teaching or conducting workshops for children \xef\x82\xb7 Background in Science or Engineering Role: Associate product Specialist/ STEAM Trainer Industry Type: Education / Teaching / Training Functional Area: Teaching, Education, Training, Counseling Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent (after confirmation in Training period) Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per month Benefits:
