The STEM Facilitator will be responsible for delivering engaging, activity-based learning sessions in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) and Robotics. The role involves facilitating hands-on experiments, projects, and activities to ignite curiosity and inspire innovation among students. The facilitator will serve as a guide and mentor, creating an interactive learning environment aligned with the organization's vision.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interactive STEM/Robotics sessions for students as per the designed curriculum.
Facilitate hands-on experiments, projects, and activities in science, math, robotics, and technology.
Manage classroom dynamics and ensure student participation and engagement.
Prepare, organize, and maintain teaching aids, lab materials, and resources.
Assess student learning outcomes and provide feedback to enhance performance.
Coordinate with the academic team to implement lesson plans and suggest improvements.
Support in organizing STEM/Robotics fairs, exhibitions, competitions, and related events.
Maintain records of student progress, attendance, and session reports.
Uphold safety standards while handling lab equipment and materials.
Continuously upskill through training programs provided by the organization.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge in Science, Mathematics, and basic technology/robotics.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging activities.

Educational & Professional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field. (Preferable B.E in Robotics/AI/Electronics and Communication, etc)
Teaching/facilitation experience
Freshers with strong STEM background and passion for teaching may also apply.
Work Environment
School/Centre of Excellence (CoE Lab) setting.
May involve workshops and events outside regular working hours.
Compensation
As per industry standards and based on qualifications and experience.
