As a STEM Trainer, you'll learn to deliver fun, hands-on robotics and coding sessions that inspire young minds to explore Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

Conduct engaging robotics and STEM sessions for students using block-based coding, robotics kits, and basic programming concepts.

Learning & Development:

Undergo in-house training to learn robotics platforms, teaching techniques, and classroom management.

Student Engagement:

Encourage creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving among students through interactive projects and challenges.

Support & Guidance:

Assist students in building and programming robots while providing basic troubleshooting help.

Classroom Management:

Maintain a positive, energetic, and safe learning environment.

Program Support:

Collaborate with senior trainers and mentors to implement innovative STEM lessons and activities.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Engineering (ECE/EEE/CSE/IT/Mechanical)

or related fields.

Fresh graduates

or candidates with up to

1 year of experience

are welcome. Basic understanding of

STEM concepts

or

coding

(Python, Scratch, or block-based programming) is an advantage. Strong communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching, technology, and innovation. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of

STEM education
