About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable

SREM Trainer

to deliver effective training sessions and guide learners in understanding

SREM (School Robotics, Engineering & Management)

concepts. The trainer will be responsible for teaching students and professionals through interactive sessions, ensuring high-quality learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive training sessions on

Robotics, STEM, and related SREM modules

. Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons according to the company's training curriculum. Demonstrate hands-on experiments and practical learning activities. Guide students in project-based learning and competitions. Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback. Maintain reports of attendance, performance, and progress. Support curriculum development by suggesting improvements based on classroom experience. Stay updated with emerging technologies in STEM and robotics education.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Engineering, Science, or a related field

. Minimum

1 year of experience

as a

trainer, educator, or facilitator

in STEM/Robotics. Strong understanding of

STEM concepts, coding, and robotics kits (e.g., Arduino, LEGO, Raspberry Pi, etc.)

. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage learners and simplify technical concepts. Passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.

Preferred Skills:

Experience conducting workshops or school training programs. Knowledge of

Python, Scratch, or basic programming languages

. Familiarity with

AI, IoT, or 3D printing

concepts.

20000-45000
