About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Science STEM Teacher to join our educational team at Rasta Peth Education Society. The ideal candidate will inspire students through innovative and engaging lessons in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, encouraging a love for learning and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive STEM lessons that cater to a diverse group of students with varying abilities and interests.

Develop lesson plans that integrate science, technology, engineering, and mathematics concepts in a cohesive and engaging manner.

Utilize hands-on activities, experiments, and real-world problem-solving approaches to make learning exciting and relevant.

Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback to support their growth and understanding of STEM subjects.

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate STEM initiatives across the curriculum and participate in school-wide projects and events.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in STEM education and incorporate them into the curriculum.

Manage classroom resources effectively and ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.

Encourage and guide students in STEM-related extracurricular activities and competitions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, or a related STEM field; a teaching certification is preferred.

Proven experience in teaching STEM subjects at the middle or high school level.

Strong knowledge of science and mathematics concepts with the ability to teach these subjects in an engaging and creative way.

Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

Passionate about STEM education and committed to continuous professional development.

Ability to inspire and motivate students to develop a keen interest in STEM subjects.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with educational technology tools and online learning platforms.

Familiarity with project-based learning and interdisciplinary teaching methods.

Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
