We are seeking passionate and motivated STEM Mentors with 2-4 years of teaching experience in Electronics and Robotics, preferably in schools. Prior exposure to government schools is highly desirable. Candidates must have proficiency in Tamil (reading, writing, and speaking).
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, practical pedagogy in STEM subjects through both offline and online modes.
• Teach and mentor students in Electronics, Robotics, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi.
• Conduct teacher training programs on STEM pedagogy and emerging technologies.
• Guide students in project competitions and nurture STEM talent.
• Submit monthly reports as per standard templates.

Requirements

• Education: B.Tech/B.E./M.E. in E&I, ECE, EEE, Mechatronics, or MSc (Physics).
• Experience: 2-4 years of STEM teaching experience in schools (government school experience preferred).
• Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Tamil (oral and written).
• Demonstrated ability to teach STEM concepts effectively.
• Up-to-date knowledge of recent developments in technical fields.
• Ability to integrate digital and physical teaching resources seamlessly.

• Other:

• Must hold a valid two-wheeler license and be able to commute.
• Willingness to work in Sriperumbudur and surrounding areas.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month.
