We are seeking a dedicated STEM Faculty member to join our team at Podar Education Network in Udupi. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring between 4 to 6 years of work experience. Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in an educational setting, preferably at a mid-level position.
• MSc qualification is required, providing a strong foundation in scientific concepts and teaching methodologies.
• MCA is required, equipping candidates with the necessary skills to handle computational aspects of STEM education.
• Demonstrated expertise in STEM education to effectively teach and inspire students. (Mandatory skill)
• Proven experience in curriculum development to create engaging and educational content for students.
• Ability to perform student assessment, providing insightful feedback to foster improvement and understanding.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address and adapt to various educational challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear instruction and foster a supportive learning environment.

• Plan and deliver high-quality STEM instruction to engage and inspire students in understanding complex concepts.
