• Develop and manage the curriculum, incorporating recent advancements and innovative teaching strategies in STEM education.
• Guide students in projects related to robotics, coding, and various scientific explorations.
• Coordinate and manage various academic events and extracurricular STEM activities.
• Observe and assess students' progress, providing guidance and support to meet their learning needs.
• Engage with parents and stakeholders to communicate students' progress and initiatives in the STEM domain.
• Actively contribute to the collaborative teaching efforts of Podar International School, maintaining strong communication with colleagues and administration.
