We are looking for a dedicated Junior Stem Faculty member to join our team at Podar International School in Davanagere. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Qualifications and Skills

• Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or Master of Science (MSC), with strong foundations in STEM curriculum (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in using educational technology to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes (Mandatory skill).
• Must have experience in STEM Instruction with an ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in lesson planning to develop comprehensive educational modules tailored to varied learning needs.
• Skilled in laboratory management to ensure a safe, efficient, and enriching laboratory experience for students.
• Adept at classroom management to maintain a conducive learning environment that encourages student participation and respect.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing to a cohesive educational strategy.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging students, parents, and staff, fostering a community of learning and partnership.
