Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development and Implementation:

STEM teachers design and implement age-appropriate STEM curricula, incorporating hands-on activities, projects, and real-world applications.

Lesson Planning and Delivery:

They plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.

Creating a Positive Learning Environment:

STEM teachers foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and collaboration.

Assessing Student Progress:

They monitor student progress through various assessments, provide regular feedback, and identify areas where students may need additional support.

Parent Communication:

STEM teachers communicate with parents about student progress, address concerns, and collaborate on strategies to support student learning.

Professional Development:

They stay current with best practices in STEM education and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance their teaching skills.

Classroom Management:

They maintain a safe and organized learning environment, establishing clear expectations for student behavior and addressing any disciplinary issues.
