STEM Trainer

to join our team.

Role Overview:

The STEM Trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging Computer & STEM training sessions, mobilizing learners, supporting teachers, and ensuring effective learning outcomes. This role blends

training delivery, curriculum development, and community engagement

.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobilize learners and support the establishment of training centers. Conduct STEM and computer training sessions for students, ensuring strong learning outcomes. Develop and adapt curriculum, training materials, and activities. Train and guide REAP teachers to follow up with learners. Counsel students and meet parents to encourage admissions, regular attendance, and reduce dropouts. Maintain records, monitor progress, and collect fees when required. Ensure the safe use and care of all training equipment and classroom assets. Strictly follow

child safety and protection protocols

. Facilitate donor and visitor interactions with professionalism.

Who We are Looking For:

Graduate in

Social Work / Education / Computer Science / STEM field

. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Ability to teach English and basic computer skills along with STEM activities. Passion for teaching children and working with underserved communities. Experience in mobilization/community engagement will be an advantage.
