Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging STEM sessions covering subjects such as
Science, Mathematics, Coding, Robotics, or Engineering concepts
Design and execute
interactive, activity-based, and project-based learning modules
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards
Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation among students
Track student performance and provide regular feedback
Use digital tools, labs, and teaching aids effectively
Collaborate with academic and operations teams for curriculum improvement
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in
Science, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, or a related field
2 to 4 years of experience
as a STEM Educator / Trainer / Instructor
Strong conceptual knowledge in STEM subjects
Excellent
communication and presentation skills
Experience with
hands-on experiments, robotics kits, or coding platforms
is a plus
Passion for teaching and mentoring students

Experience in
