Job Description

We are seeking talented graduates with strong backgrounds in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology to join our team as STEM Content Developers. You'll work closely with our tutoring team to create high-quality educational materials that help students excel in STEM subjects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop mock tests, practice questions, and assessments across Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology Create detailed step-by-step explanations and solutions for complex STEM problems Assist tutors in curriculum development and content enhancement Review and ensure accuracy of existing educational content Maintain content quality standards and ensure age-appropriate difficulty levels

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology Strong conceptual understanding across multiple STEM subjects Excellent written communication skills in English Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, student-friendly language Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Preferred Skills

Previous experience in content creation, tutoring, or teaching Familiarity with various educational boards (CBSE, ICSE, IB, etc.) Experience with digital content creation tools

Work Arrangement

Remote work flexibility Periodic visits to Mumbai office for team meetings and reporting as needed Flexible working hours with deadline-oriented deliverables
