About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic

Robotics & AI Trainer

to inspire and train students in the field of Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and STEM education. The trainer will deliver hands-on sessions, mentor students in projects and competitions, and help nurture problem-solving, creativity, and innovation skills in young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging classroom and lab sessions on Robotics, AI, Coding, and STEM concepts for students from [Nursery / Grade 1 to Grade 10, depending on program]. Teach programming languages/tools such as Scratch, Python, Arduino, mBlock, or similar. Guide students in building robots using kits like LEGO, mBot, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc. Deliver training on

AI concepts

such as machine learning basics, computer vision, natural language processing, and generative AI (age-appropriate). Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and hands-on activities aligned with the curriculum. Mentor students for

robotics competitions

. Troubleshoot and maintain robotics kits, sensors, and hardware. Provide regular feedback, reports, and updates to the program manager/school coordinator. Stay updated with emerging technologies in Robotics & AI and integrate them into teaching.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Robotics / Electronics / or related field. Prior teaching/training experience in Robotics, AI, or STEM education preferred. Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, C++, Scratch, etc.). Familiarity with robotics kits and platforms (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO Mindstorms, mBot, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners. Problem-solving mindset with creativity in designing projects and activities.

Nice-to-Have (Optional)

Experience with AI tools like TensorFlow, OpenCV, ChatGPT, or similar. Participation/mentorship in Robotics or AI competitions. Certification in AI/ML, Robotics, or STEM education.
