About the Program:

STEM Education Initiatives aim to transform traditional teaching methods by introducing hands-on, experiential learning in schools. The program focuses on STEM subjects, making education more engaging and fostering a love for learning among students.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Teaching

Accessing the STEM Lab established at school campus on a daily basis u Teaching Science and Maths through hands-on practical pedagogy in STEM for grade 6 to 10 u Conducting STEM Exhibitions in the schools u Creating the content to deliver STEM Sessions as per the Pedagogy u Conducting regular assessment & evaluation as per the directions of Project Manager

Training

u Facilitating the Teacher Training Program u Hand holding support to the teachers u Conducting the curriculum meetings & discussion with the teachers u Participating in Internal training Workshop

Communication & Support

u Coordination & Communication with the school regarding STEM & Project related intervention u Supporting the Program implementation with relevant data & Documentation u Travelling to head office as and when needed u Participate in Parent teacher meetings regularly u Work closely with the Curriculum Team in providing inputs on new curriculum themes u Support the Programme Team in Language Translation u Supporting the School teachers in conducting relevant activity in STEM Labs u Maintenance of the STEM Labs & Its Components (STEM Models, Posters, Manuals) u Carrying out the other tasks assigned by the Project management team as and when needed

Reporting

u Maintain the Project Dashboard regularly by uploading the data u Preparing & Presenting the Monthly reports to the Line manager u Collecting the audio-video feedbacks from the various beneficiaries of the Project u Submitting the Reimbursement file to the accounting team u Maintaining the School Visit data/register in consultation with School Principal u Reporting the issues & challenges faced on ground to the Line manager

Required Qualifications & Experience:

u Graduation, with a specialization in Science & Mathematics. u Preference will be given to candidate having 1-2 years teaching experience in Science & Mathematics u Prior experience in Education-themed social development projects or program management, or social entrepreneurship is preferred. u Strong commitment to serving underprivileged communities and high personal integrity. u Excellent English & Kannada skills (verbal & Written) u Demonstrated excellence in time management, multitasking, and problem-solving.

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
