Expereince: 3 - 6 Years Qualification: BE/Btech Job Location: Pune JOB DESCRIPTION 1.Concept design finalization of Front Axle for all new proje cts in CV 2.Create 3D model, 2D drawing using ProE/Creo software 3.Packaging of Front Axle aggregates in vehicle layout 4. BOM Preparation and complete design group release in PLM with adherence to timeline 5. DMU review with the other deisgn groups , vehicle integration & production teams and resolution of issues 6. Co-ordination for prototype build and support for Vehicle tes ting. Regular co-ordination with production, vehicle integration, service and supplier team for production issue resolution. 7. Should be ready to work in Shifts Job Responsibility:(Describe responsibility of this position for above deliverables) 3D CA D modeling creation, assembly, front axle layout preparation, 2D drafting, Static & Dynamic clearance check.Release activity in P LMCoordination with other design groups, Vehicle integration & other stake holders for finalisation of design. Resoultion of desi gn, packaing, other issues before release. Interact with suppliers for component development/ Supplier drawing release.Interatc tion with CAE team for design optimisationResolution of issues observed during part/ Proto vehicle development.Resolution of i ssues observed during Validation & Issues reported from fieldCompletion of DFMEA, DFM, DFA, DFS signoff for designs Minimum Qualification & Specialization (e.g. BE-Mech):Graduate in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering Skills: Primarily Skill : Expert in Catia, PLM (Team center), Vismockup, DVA, GD&T, 8D, MS office. Secondary Skill :Knowledge of quality tools & process Domain Knowledge: \'Must have : 1) Knowledge of steering system or Automobile chassis component its applica tion with exposure to design guidelines and calculations. 2) Well versed with mechanical design of components & knowledge of brake s ystem 3) Should be expert in Catia 4) Knowledge of release process in PLM.
