Requirements:

Prepare detailed

steel quantity take-offs

for various projects. Develop

cost estimates

, including unit pricing, and prepare pricing for connection design. Estimate steel quantities and pricing Coordinate with general Manager , Project Managers and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals. Collect, verify, and organize queries and clarifications based on project plans and communicate them to the project management team. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to clarify project scope and requirements. Support quality control processes, structural design requirements, and construction standards. Manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on project importance and deadlines. Work overtime as needed to meet project timelines.
