Senior Steel Detailer Location \xe2\x80\x93 Hyderabad About the Role: This role reports directly to the Director of the firm and is responsible for preparing shop drawings/ erection drawings and bill of materials Key responsibilities:

• Review architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to understand the design requirements for steel structures
• Create detailed, accurate, and clear shop drawings, erection plans, and fabrication drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software. This includes plans for columns, beams, trusses, connections, and other steel components including sheeting
• Calculate and document the quantities of steel required for a project, including the type, size, and dimensions of steel members
• Collaborate with production engineers, architects, and other professionals to address design issues, clarify specifications, reduce wastage and resolve conflicts that may arise during the detailing process
• Ensure that all steel detailing work complies with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations
• Perform quality checks and reviews to ensure the accuracy of drawings and compliance with project requirements
• Effectively communicate design changes and revisions to all relevant parties, including fabricators and construction teams
• Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and project-related documentation
• Stay up-to-date with CAD software and tools used in steel detailing and continuously improve skills to enhance productivity

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3-6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in detailing of steel structures, preferably Pre-engineered buildings
• Should be qualified Diploma / Degree holder in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, particularly software specialized for steel detailing (e.g., Tekla Structures, AutoCAD Structural Detailing)

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb948,123.13 per month Schedule:
