Key Responsibilities:

Plan and facilitate engaging STEAM-based lessons, workshops, and projects for students. Integrate real-world applications and project-based learning into the curriculum. Encourage students to explore, experiment, and innovate through hands-on activities. Use technology, robotics, coding, and maker tools to enhance learning experiences. Collaborate with teachers to integrate STEAM concepts across different subjects. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and practices in STEAM education.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Science/Technology/Engineering/Arts/Mathematics or related field (Master's preferred). B. Tech Candidates Perferred. Prior teaching/facilitation experience, especially in STEAM education. Strong knowledge of robotics, coding, design thinking, and maker tools. Excellent communication, facilitation, and classroom management skills. Creativity, innovation, and a passion for experiential learning.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience with STEM/STEAM labs, makerspaces, or project-based learning environments. Ability to mentor and inspire curiosity in students. Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
