Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and friendly

Science Education Trainer cum CRE

who can

train children in science through hands-on activities

and also

interact with parents, handle enquiries, and support admissions

. This role combines

teaching + customer interaction

.

Science Trainer Role

Conduct fun, activity-based

science classes for kids (ages 4-12)

. Explain basic science concepts using experiments, models, and kits. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and simple assessments. Manage classroom discipline and ensure a child-friendly environment. Support workshops, camps, and special programs. Track student progress and share feedback with parents.

CRE (Customer Relationship Executive) Role

Handle

parent enquiries

(calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp). Explain course details, curriculum, fee structure, and schedules. Follow up with leads and support

admission conversions

. Maintain enquiry and student records. Coordinate with trainers and admin team for smooth operations. Ensure positive parent and student experience.

Requirements / Eligibility

Qualification:

Any Degree / Diploma (B.Sc, BCA, B.E, B.Tech preferred

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of

IT / Computers / Coding concepts

Interest in

teaching children

Ability to explain concepts in a simple and fun way Good communication skills (Tamil mandatory, English basic) Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm

Experience:

Freshers can apply Teaching / training experience is an added advantage
