Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Steam Boiler Design Engineer. The Steam Boiler Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing boiler systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and analyzing project requirements to ensure systems meet established specifications. Qualifications Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Mechanical or Chemical engineering Minimum of 5-10 years of experience designing and developing industrial steam boiler designs, particularly those used in process industries, Thermic fluid . Should have Minimum Experience in Designing of 30 TPH Boiler and Package Boiler with added experience of Thermic fluid heater. Strong knowledge of IBR and ASME design codes, standards, and industry guidelines Experience with design and manufacture of pressure vessels including steam generators Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software, stress analysis software, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software Excellent communication and project management skills to collaborate with various teams and ensure project success Commitment to safety and knowledge of safety standards and protocols Experience with international codes and regulations a plus Ability to work independently and in a team setting
