Job Summary



The Statutory HR & Compliance Executive is responsible for ensuring complete legal and statutory compliance for the company. This includes PF, ESI, PT, LWF, GST, TDS, Payroll compliance, labour law compliance, vendor compliance, audits, documentation, and coordination with government departments.
They must ensure accurate monthly filings, timely payments, and smooth compliance for all employee and organizational statutory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities1. PF & ESI Compliance



Manage and maintain PF and ESI records for all employees. Generate monthly PF/ESI challans and ensure timely payments. File ECR for PF and upload required documents. Process employee PF claims, transfers, KYC updates, and UAN activation. Handle inspections/queries from EPFO/ESIC departments.

2. Payroll & Statutory Deductions



Validate monthly attendance and wage sheets for compliance. Ensure correctness of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, income tax (TDS) calculations. Coordinate with payroll team for final payroll processing. Ensure compliance with Minimum Wages Act & labour laws.

3. GST & TDS Compliance (Finance Coordination)



Maintain monthly data for GST and TDS related to manpower services. Prepare/verify GST input sheets, outward invoices, and tax reports. Coordinate with the accounts team for GST returns, TDS payments, and filings. Maintain proper documentation for GST audits and statutory inspections.

4. Labour Law Compliance



Maintain statutory registers as per Shops & Establishment Act / CLRA. Muster roll Wage register Attendance register Bonus & gratuity records Leave records Prepare labour compliance documents for client audits & government inspections. Ensure labour licences, contract labour compliance, and renewals.

5. Documentation & Record Keeping



Maintain employee records, onboarding documents, KYC, contracts, ID proofs. Maintain compliance files for each site/client. Prepare monthly MIS reports for management -- PF/ESI, TDS/GST, payroll compliance. Ensure safe storage of challans, filings, certificates, and audit reports.

6. Vendor & Client Compliance



Provide statutory compliance documents to clients on time (PF, ESI, PT, GST, TDS returns, wage sheets, etc.). Ensure vendor compliance as per agreements (PF/ESI records, challans, licenses). Attend client audits and answer compliance queries.

Required Skills



Strong knowledge of

PF, ESI, PT, LWF, GST, TDS

Knowledge of

Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment Act, CLRA

Good Excel skills and experience with PF/ESI portals Exposure to payroll processing & statutory deductions Ability to manage compliance independently Good communication and documentation skills

Qualifications



B.Com / M.Com / MBA (HR/Finance) / Any Graduate 2-7 years of statutory compliance experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
