Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor and statutory laws (PF, ESIC, Labor Welfare Fund, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
Maintain statutory registers and documentation as per government norms.
Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual returns on time.
Coordinate with government departments, auditors, and external agencies during inspections.
Monitor changes in labor laws and update management on compliance requirements.
Handle labor-related audits, notices, and legal correspondence.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies in line with statutory requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Professional Qualification:
MBA , PPA, or equivalent compliance-related certification preferred.
Experience:
2 to 5 years in statutory/labor law compliance.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, Labor Welfare, and other statutory acts.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/compliance software.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
