Key ResponsibilitiesStatutory Audit & Compliance

Lead and execute

statutory audits

for multiple clients across industries as part of a

Consulting / CA Firm

Ensure compliance with

Companies Act, 2013

,

ICAI Standards

, and

Ind AS

Review financial statements, notes to accounts, and audit reports Identify audit risks and design appropriate audit procedures
Client & Engagement Management

Handle

end-to-end audit engagements

independently Act as the main point of contact for clients during audit assignments Coordinate with client finance teams and internal partners
Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and review work of audit seniors, semi-seniors, and articled assistants Ensure audits are completed within timelines and quality benchmarks
Internal Controls & Advisory Support

Review

Internal Financial Controls (IFC)

and suggest improvements Support advisory and consulting assignments related to audit, compliance, and risk Assist partners in proposal drafting and client onboarding
Key Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in

Statutory Audit, Ind AS,

Thorough knowledge of

Companies Act, 2013

Excellent client-facing and communication skills Ability to manage multiple engagements in a

firm environment

Proficiency in

Excel, audit software, Tally, SAP, Oracle

, etc.
Preferred Exposure

Experience working in a

Consulting Firm / CA Firm

is

preferred

Exposure to multi-client audits across industries is preferred

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
