Role: Statutory Audit

Location: Mumbai (Vile Parle)

Experience: Minimum 2 years ( Without Internship)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct statutory audits of companies in accordance with auditing standards (Ind AS, IFRS, IGAAP). Plan, execute, and complete audits within deadlines while ensuring quality of deliverables. Review financial statements, trial balances, ledgers, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance. Perform risk assessment, identify internal control weaknesses, and suggest improvements. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements (Companies Act, Income Tax, SEBI, etc.). Prepare audit reports and documentation in line with firm and regulatory standards. Manage client relationships, coordinate with client teams, and provide audit updates regularly. Guide and review work of junior team members; ensure adherence to audit methodology. Stay updated on accounting, auditing, and regulatory developments.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
