Eligibility Criteria

Qualified Chartered Accountants

or

Semi-qualified CAs

with a minimum of

2 years of relevant experience

B.Com / M.Com Graduates

with

3 to 4 years of experience

in Direct Taxation

Key Responsibilities for Direct Tax

Prepare and file

Income Tax Returns

for corporate and non-corporate clients

Draft submissions for

assessments and appeals

Ensure compliance with applicable

Direct Tax regulations

Liaise with

Tax Authorities

on behalf of clients

Assist in conducting and reviewing

Tax Audits

Key Responsibilities for Statutory Audit

Conduct statutory audits of corporate entities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

Prepare and review financial statements as per

Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS)

Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements where necessary

Perform audit procedures, including testing, documentation, and reporting of key audit findings

Stay updated with the latest changes in accounting standards and regulatory frameworks

Ensure compliance with the

Companies Act

,

Income Tax Act

, and other statutory requirements

Salary

Compensation will be

based on work exposure and in line with industry standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
