Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Freelance Data Analyst / Statistician to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in statistical analysis and data modeling, with hands-on experience using tools such as SPSS, Python, and Excel to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analyses on structured and unstructured datasets. Design and execute statistical tests (e.g., t-tests, chi-square, ANOVA, regression analysis) to evaluate hypotheses and support business objectives. Clean, preprocess, and manage data using SPSS, Python, or Excel. Develop clear and insightful data visualizations and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Document methodologies, procedures, and results in a clear, structured, and reproducible format.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in statistical analysis and data modeling. Proficiency in SPSS, with strong working knowledge of Python and Excel. Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage freelance projects remotely.
