Job Summary:

The Station Support Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of last-mile delivery logistics. This position supports daily station operations including package handling, inventory tracking, coordinating with delivery associates, and maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily logistics station operations to ensure timely processing and dispatching of packages. Scan, sort, and stage parcels according to delivery routes. Coordinate with delivery associates, drivers, and other support staff to ensure efficient package flow. Perform quality checks to ensure packages are correctly labeled, sorted, and ready for delivery. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments using warehouse management systems (WMS). Identify and escalate issues such as delayed shipments, damaged packages, or inventory discrepancies. Support inventory management including cycle counts, receiving shipments, and restocking supplies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organizational policies and procedures. Provide administrative support including data entry, reporting, and document filing as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station and work areas.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or associate degree preferred. Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery operations is an advantage. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or package tracking software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
