Education: Graduation (any discipline) mandatory.
Experience: 12 15 years in aviation security operations.

Auditor Desired Job Purpose To oversee and manage aviation security operations at designated airports in compliance with BCAS guidelines, DGCA regulations, and local operating procedures. The role ensures the safety of passengers, staff, assets, and aircraft while coordinating effectively with regulatory authorities, airport operators, and law enforcement agencies. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage aviation security operations at the assigned station.
Ensure compliance with national and international security regulations (BCAS, DGCA, IOSA, etc.).
Implement and enforce access control, surveillance, patrolling, baggage screening, and aircraft security procedures.
Coordinate with airport authorities, law enforcement agencies, CISF, and BCAS/DGCA for security compliance and incident handling.
Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and threat situations.
Conduct investigations and prepare reports in line with regulatory requirements.
Supervise and train security personnel to maintain high operational standards.
Ensure accurate flight information, boarding gate announcements, and handling of unaccompanied minors, law enforcement officers, hazardous materials, and special events.
Implement preventive security measures to mitigate risks and enhance safety.
Carry out escort duties when required. Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of aviation security best practices & BCAS guidelines.
Proficiency in security technologies (X-ray screening, ETD, CCTV, access control).
Incident management, investigation, and crisis response.
Leadership, team management, and training skills.
Coordination and stakeholder management (airport authorities, CISF, BCAS/DGCA).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
