Role Description This full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh for a Station Producer at Desh Bhagat Radio 107.8FM. The Station Producer is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of live radio shows, from selecting and scheduling music to producing content and conducting interviews. They will also be responsible for managing a team of presenters and ensuring that all programming meets the station\'s high standards for quality and audience engagement.
