Radio Divine 90.4 FM, a community radio initiative of Divine International Foundation, is seeking a dynamic and visionary professional to lead as

Station Head

. The role requires strong leadership, programming expertise, and the ability to manage operations while ensuring the radio station fulfills its social, cultural, and educational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the community radio station. Plan, design, and execute engaging radio programs relevant to community needs. Lead and manage the programming, production, technical, and RJ teams. Ensure compliance with community radio broadcasting guidelines and policies. Build partnerships with local organizations, institutions, and stakeholders. Drive listenership, outreach, and community engagement initiatives. Prepare periodic reports, budgets, and performance reviews for management.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate / Post Graduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in radio broadcasting / media management. (Experience in community radio will be an added advantage.) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Creative thinking and ability to design community-driven content. Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of local dialects preferred.

Haridwar Local candidates will be given preference.
