The State Head - Homecare Services will lead and manage the entire homecare business operations within the state. This role is responsible for business growth, service delivery excellence, team leadership, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare operations, people management, and driving revenue in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute the state-level strategy for homecare services.
Drive business growth, revenue targets, and market expansion.
Identify new opportunities, service lines, and partnerships to strengthen the homecare vertical.
2. Operational Management
Oversee day-to-day homecare operations, ensuring compliance with clinical and operational standards.
Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to patients.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
3. Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary state team including operations, nursing, sales, and support staff.
Set clear performance goals and monitor productivity and service metrics.
Ensure proper staffing, training, and workforce planning.
4. Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, community organizations, and referral partners.
Collaborate with sales teams to drive patient acquisition and brand visibility.
Represent the company at external meetings, events, and healthcare forums.
5. Financial Management
Manage state-level P&L, budgets, and cost controls.
Monitor revenue streams, profitability, and resource utilization.
Ensure financial discipline and accurate reporting.
6. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Lead audits, risk assessments, and incident management.
Maintain continuous improvement in patient care and service excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's / Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
8-15 years of experience in healthcare operations, homecare, diagnostics, hospitals, or related sectors.
Proven experience in handling large teams and state-level operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
