State Vertical Head - HDB Channel - 8+ Years - Ranchi | Kolkata | Siliguri
A leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, managing HDB channel operations, leading a large team, and ensuring smooth business processes within the assigned state. Ideal for a strategic, people-focused leader with strong experience in financial services or consumer lending.
Location - Ranchi, Kolkata, Siliguri

Responsibilities -
Drive sales and revenue growth for the HDB channel in the assigned locations.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
Lead and manage Area Managers and Sales Officers to achieve performance targets.
Ensure smooth partner onboarding, engagement, and strong relationship management.
Monitor compliance, improve processes, track sales performance, and prepare reports for senior leadership.
Requirements -
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Management or related field.
8-12 years of experience in sales and distribution.
Experience in financial services or consumer lending preferred.
Proven ability to manage large teams and achieve business objectives.
Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
