Location: Andhra & TelanganaQualification: Diploma / BE - MechanicalExperience: 10-15 years in Rice Milling / Pulses / Grain Processing industryReporting to: Head - Sales / Business HeadKey Responsibilities- Drive state-level sales strategy for rice milling, pulses processing, parboiling, storage silos, and allied equipment- Develop and manage dealer / channel networks and large institutional customers- Identify new business opportunities through market mapping, site visits, and competitor analysis- Lead key account acquisition, negotiations, and contract closures (B2B & project sales)- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for product positioning, demos, and launches- Track sales funnel using CRM, monitor conversions, and ensure forecast accuracy- Achieve revenue, order intake, and margin targets for the assigned state- Represent the organization at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry forumsMonitor market trends, customer feedback, and regulatory changes to stay competitive Key Skills & Exposure- Strong exposure to rice milling / pulses / grain processing machinery- Proven experience in B2B capital equipment sales- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills- Ability to manage large territories and cross-functional coordination- CRM, MIS reporting, and data-driven sales approach (ref:updazz.com)
