Job Summary
Citiline Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a State-level Project Director for the Channel009-GPDE Digital Ecosystem Project.
This role is responsible for statewide execution, district-level team leadership, digital ecosystem rollout, and ensuring successful implementation of GPDE across all Gram Panchayat communities in Rajasthan.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise District Project Managers, Sales Managers, Digital Media teams and field staff
Build and manage a strong network across District-Tehsil-Gram Panchayat levels
Oversee GPDE website + YouTube + social media + community digital ecosystem rollout
Ensure district performance, digital growth, field execution and monthly target achievements
Coordinate with Panchayat representatives, community influencers, E-Mitra operators, teachers and local institutions
Monitor daily reporting, project documentation, MIS updates and state-level dashboards
Drive content flow: local news, photos, videos, social updates from all districts
Develop training, SOPs, field systems and cross-functional coordination
Required Skills
Excellent leadership and state-level coordination ability
Strong digital awareness (Website/Social/YouTube ecosystem understanding)
Field experience with rural networks and Panchayat-level community structure
Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage large multi-district teams
Smartphone + two-wheeler preferred (field movements occasionally required)
