Primary Job Responsibilities:




Content Development:

Create high-quality, engaging, and informative content for PCS (Provincial Civil Services) exam preparation.

Subject Matter Expertise:

Serve as a subject matter expert for at least 2 to 3 sections of the PCS exam syllabus.

Content Review & Revisions:

Edit and revise content based on editorial and peer feedback to maintain accuracy and clarity.

Practice Material Creation:

Develop practice questions along with detailed answer explanations for PPS and other preparatory books.

Exam Alignment:

Ensure all content aligns with the latest PCS exam patterns and syllabus updates.

Timely Delivery:

Adhere to project deadlines and manage workload efficiently to ensure timely delivery of content.

Strategic Input:

Participate in team discussions to contribute ideas for content strategy and improvement.

Required Knowledge & Skills:




Excellent Writing Skills:

Strong command of English with the ability to write clearly, accurately, and engagingly.

Concept Clarity:

Ability to simplify and explain complex topics effectively.

Research Proficiency:

Strong research skills with keen attention to factual accuracy and detail.

Exam Familiarity:

In-depth understanding of all General Studies subjects and compulsory papers (General English & Regional Language) in the PCS exam. *

Technical Proficiency:

Competent in using MS Word and Google Docs, with the ability to format documents and fix alignment issues.
