Job Responsibilities 1. The role is responsible for executing the overall sales strategy

at the state, by defining sales objectives, budgets and forecasts and

approving sales targets for all JCs within the state

2. The role is also responsible for communicating and delivering on the

Sales objectives to the state and JC organization, and also to implement

Channel Partner Value Proposition, including Channel Return on

Investment (ROI)/Sales Acquisition Cost (SAC) models
Education Requirement MBA or equivalent
Experience Requirement Minimum 15 Years - Maximum 18 Years
Skills & Competencies 1. Decision making skills, Market and industry knowledge,Analytics and

result orientation

2. People management skills,Networking skills,Relationship management

,Problem solving skills

3. Market awareness,Alignment to organizational culture,Diversity

Awareness,Business and industry knowledge,Adaptable to diverse market

scenarios

4. Understanding of the various channels,strong network,understanding of

device as well as telecom markets
