Role : SALE MANAGER STATE -KTLocation: BangaloreExperience Required: 5-8 YearsCTC: - 6,00,000 per annumPosition Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales and onboarding efforts for the City Visitor Information & Record Management System (CVIRMS) across Karnataka State . The candidate will be responsible for driving partnerships with commercial accommodations, PGs, hostels, hotels, and other establishments, ensuring successful onboarding and revenue generation.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development- Identify, target, and acquire PGs, hostels, hotels, lodges, and commercial accommodations for CVIRMS onboarding.- Conduct field sales visits, pitch product benefits, and convert leads into partnerships.- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.- Build strong relationships with property owners, associations, and business partners.2. Government Liaison & Coordination- Coordinate with local police stations and city police officials for smooth implementation of CVIRMS.- Assist in government meetings, demos, reviews, and compliance follow-ups.- Support district-level rollout activities assigned by the State Project Head.3. Revenue Achievement- Drive subscription and service revenue as per state targets.- Track collection status, renewals, and adherence to revenue KPIs.4. Onboarding & Training- Guide field teams in onboarding accommodations onto the CVIRMS platform.- Conduct property-level training sessions for owners and managers.5. Reporting & MIS- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activity, conversions, and pipeline.- Share weekly and monthly business reports with management.- Use CRM tools to track progress and maintain data hygiene.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- 5-8 years of field sales experience, preferably in SaaS, GovTech, hospitality-tech, or compliance-based solutions.- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.- Experience handling government or institutional clients is an added advantage.- Ability to meet aggressive targets and deliver under pressure.- Willingness to travel locally across Bangalore.Key Attributes- Self-driven and target-oriented- Team Recruitment - Strong stakeholder management- Problem-solving mindset- Professional communication and customer handling- Ability to work with cross-functional teamsCTC & Compensation- CTC: - 6,00,000 per annum- Performance-linked incentives based on monthly target achievements- Travel allowance as per company policy (ref:updazz.com)
