Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

State Manager

to lead our business expansion and operations across the region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in

business development, sales, and operational leadership

, with the ability to drive growth and manage cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities



Market Expansion & Partner Onboarding:


Drive expansion efforts by identifying and onboarding new salon partners across the state/region.

Team Leadership:


Lead, mentor, and manage a team of

City Managers, Sales Executives

, and field staff across multiple cities.

Relationship Management:


Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with salon owners and managers to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.

Growth Strategy Execution:


Develop and execute localized strategies to boost

customer acquisition

,

partner retention

, and

platform usage

.

Performance Monitoring:


Track and achieve state-level KPIs including

sales targets, partner growth, customer activity

, and

revenue generation

.

Cross-functional Coordination:


Work closely with internal teams --

Marketing, Tech, Customer Support, and Finance

-- to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.

Conflict Resolution & Escalation Handling:


Proactively resolve issues and escalations between salons, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Reporting & Analytics:


Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to the leadership team.
