Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead state-level programs focused on Sustainable Agriculture, Climate Resilient Farming, and FPO strengthening. The role involves strategy, field execution, team leadership, and government/CSR partnerships across Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities
Lead CRA & FPO
programs across Maharashtra
Strengthen FPOs in governance, compliance, business plans & market linkages
Promote climate-resilient and regenerative agriculture practices
Build partnerships with government departments, CSR, NGOs & private sector
Guide district teams and conduct capacity-building sessions
Monitor program progress, documentation & reporting
Drive innovations and scale successful models
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's in Agriculture, Rural Development, Social Sciences, Economics or related
10-12 years' experience in agriculture, livelihoods & FPO promotion
Strong leadership, communication & program management skills
Fluency in Hindi & English; Marathi preferred
