Job Responsibilities Overall Job Mandate

1. The role would be responsible for supporting State Home connect &

Care lead in implementation & execution of all Home Care related

activities.

2. Ensure Customer satisfaction & minimize customer complaints

3. Identification of working and setting up highest standards of service

offering as benchmark

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist Home Connect & Care Lead in driving care operations

Execute Home Care processes and plans

2. Service readiness for Home Care at JC/ JP

3. Ensure customer satisfaction and on time service delivery : SR calls

(complaints)

4. Minimize customer complaints per sub by constantly improving

process/delivery

5. Designing Process Audit Framework and Execution Guideline at last

mile level

6. Execution of Quality Audits through third party QA Partner / Own

team as applicable

7. Improving the skill set of field manpower to bring in Multi-skill set

based working culture

8. Analyze the customer complaints for variances and initiating

corrective actions - product & services

9. Establishment of the CAPABLE TEAM of field staff in order to generate

Customer Loyalty to our brand, by offering superior services in the life

cycle of customer engagement
Education Requirement 1. BE/Btech

2. MBA - Preferred
Experience Requirement 7 - 10 years
